honestly one of the harder things for me has been revisiting tracks and artists i admired and having an experience of disillusionment
it's also great of course, because it means i have better things now. but all the wasted time..
kinda awful because i don't actually have a proper backlog to fall back on. looking at most things prior to 2026 even is basically worthless. there were some lucky recommendations but that's about it. and that's not saying "only my current things are good", it's just a recognition of how bad it was
anyway clean slate, much to do
