it is INSANE that we’re doing an emergency onsite (for the second year in a row, mind you) and that they’re sending two new hires as the only people for their apps
and then there’s me 😭 who they’re trying to shove from one plane to the next, still arriving late, all for this stupid issue that should really be addressable async if you’re not a moron
and it’s all fucked because we force trips in the back half of the year so there’s no availability, everyone’s ooo
and on top of that, CS is so fucked they’re having IS/TS do billable work so they can force upgrade with a week turnaround like wtf are you retarded
