a lot of interesting things come out of affirming what is, and all the different ways to get there carry distinct evaluative criteria: slavish inversion, eternal recurrence, self-actualization of the world spirit
the enlightenment had no patience for conservatism and would had choked itself to death out of dogmatic deprivation, if not for its own smuggled conservatism
