meh its nbd i just don’t know how to speak or move my body or interact with coworkers and i don’t know how to do basic responsibilities
the way im talking sounds self deprecate-y but im actually okay with those things, its just rather humiliating
i muster the courage to ask for help for a simple issue that i know is simple, i don’t understand the explanation, im too cowardly and embarrassed to ask for more help
