i mean the whole notion of ‘classism’ is just stupid.
any ‘-ism’ like that is advocating for anything less than the self abolition of the class has completely lost the plot.

also the retreat in sociology from class as a philosophical category is incredibly bleak. now it’s just income and vibes based.
“we ran a poll and 90% of people said they were middle class. but obviously that’s wrong so let’s say 50-90k. yes this is a serious discipline.”
