manjaro was my first distro, which i chose at a time when there were plenty of youtube videos still listing it among the standard "starter distros" and before the community sentiment shifted against them
i hopped when i made the mistake of updating on university wifi during class; updates couldn't finish and made my system unbootable
good riddance tbh i never wanna be that familiar with networkctl ever again
