not sure whether to feel good or bad about successfully solving a critical ticket 6 minutes after it was opened

most of that time was spent opening the remarkably slow system so i could take a screenshot of what i knew was wrong

update: the ticket is now closed. lol. (for context, “critical” is the highest possible priority we have. i also received a personal email requesting i join a call when it was opened.)
