my expressions are limited and i don’t know of a way to remove the inhibition. this is somewhat self-imposed but it is still uncomfortable.
i know partially what to attribute it to, but ive been slow to action in the relevant ways.
i think my answer is just to live in silence for now, and retrospectively evaluate when things calm down.
that doesn’t actually work for a variety of reasons, but i think it gestures in the best direction i can reasonably act given my current set of dispositions.
