idk for a while (since work) i’ve had styes (sleep+stress) and i had another doctor appointment today. i couldn’t read the sight test chart very well and that hasn’t happened before.
doctors and my body makes me uncomfy. i really really really really do not like the pneumatic tonometer. everything is bright and my eyes are sensitive. really uncomfy and i feel kinda nauseous.
sometimes they do weird things and it feels out of my control and that’s scary and i feel vulnerable
