yea i figured as much, i still think it’s a substance not form question (bringing back this meme)
in other words, i take issue with the particular shackles, not the general principle of enforcement of shackles
though as a matter of what values i actually hold, im not likely to do very much shackle enforcement, but its also at this point where the clarity of enforcement and shackles break down
i do think it’s interesting (and unfortunate) that this gets cast as an anarchist position, since it’s probably one of the biggest stumbling blocks for anarchism not to be a dead-end imo
