if you link a bsky.app search, the query itself is stripped from the url so it’s worthless. you can link main.bsky.dev search links (as i have now “edited” the original post to have), but that has obvious disadvantages and doesn’t do the nice behavior of redirecting in-app on mobile

i learned some other stuff about createdAt collision behavior in the process though (because i’m a massive moron :3)
